How to Find My Shop Orders

How to Find My Shop Orders When the Customer’s name is not on the invoice:

• Login to Intouch

• Click on myCustomers (it’s the middle button of the top row of the grid)

• Click on Order List (at the top)

• Click on the Funnel Icon (right side of the page)

• Check Order Source

• Change the dropdown to Online

• Click the pink See Results button at the bottom

• If it says “Guest Order”, click on “View CDS Order Status” in the upper left hand corner and you will see their name and city/state
